A few Akro Salesman boxes, I believe at least 2 are backfilled if not all ??

Why do you think they are “filled”?

YAY Akro Friday is here again. A couple of egg yolks I got in a shop at the Pike Market long ago. So long ago I didn't know they were Akro, or egg yolks. I thought oxblood was a color of shoes I didn't want to wear when I was a kid.  All I knew was I liked 'em and at a buck each I could afford them. I think at that point I still thought that I was the only marble collector in the world. Ahh , those were the days.   Thanks

🎹 I can hear Schroder on those keys already!

  I like the way all their feet were flopping all over when they "gang danced" as he played the piano, things sure aren't what they used to be, but memories are "good"  Reminds me of grade school, a little one roomer w/ 1st thru 4th grade all in one room, Charli Brown was Hollywood when I was a kid.  A "Superstar" in our little sponge like minds !!

Some Akros, part of my fathers original collection. Also, a harder to find Akro game marbles box, (interesting instructions in the box) and I love the bit of time capsule history with the kids names on the back. Condition of the box is nowhere near ideal, but it has alot character.

Character is all that matters! From your dad's collection--soooo cool!!! I wouldn't give that up for anything.

The first and third pic cases have been backfilled in some of the compartments.  My full size Salesman's case looks just like the second pic - which is original.

I would be an interested buyer on the small yellow case at the end.

Thanks Alan, I posted the pix as examples for everyone to look at, I've only seen this yellow one repeatedly in pictures never another like it ?? The second and the yellow boxes are the only ones that appear to even be full !!
